Moni teistä varmaan jo odottelikin mitä joulukalenteria olen tälle vuodelle keksinyt ja vastaus lienee selvä jo otsikossa eli tämänvuotinen joulukalenterini on kunnianosoitus paljon ihailemalleni Tim Holtzille ja hänen 12 tags of Christmas -haasteilleen. Kun Timppa ilmoitti lopettavansa 12 tags of Christmas -haasteensa ja julkaisevansa jatkossa yhden per kuukausi olin hieman pettynyt, mutta toivuttuani tästä menetyksestä sain idean tämänvuotiseen joulukalenteriini. Eli tällä tavalla pääsin taas tekemään jouluisia tageja, joihin inspiraation lähteinä on ollut Tim Holtz ja hänen mahtavat tekniikkansa ja tuotesarjansa.
As you know I have had a christmas countdown on my blog every year since I moved to blogger and this year I decided to something different. As you probably have allready guessed my calendar for this year is a tribute to wonderful Mr Holtz and his past 12 tags of Christmas challenges. When Tim announced that there would not be a 12 tags of Christmas challenge this year and instead he would have a monthly tag challenge I was little disappointed at first. But then I got the wonderful idea of this countdown calendar and that this way I would still be making some holiday themed tags as previous years. This is also my way to thank Tim for giving me inspiration through his amazing techniques and products- and to show how much I admire him and his work.
