Luukku 4: Spellbinders Joulukuusi - koriste - Spellbinders Christmas Tree Ornament

Tänään vuorossa on ensimmäinen Spellbindersin stanssien avulla toteutettu projekti ja näistä monet tulee olemaan omasta päästäni kehiteltyjä mutta koetan antaa mahdollisimman selkeät ohjeet. Ja voihan olla että saman ajatuksen stansseista on joku muukin aina keksinyt joten koetan vaikka myöhemmin ensi viikolla kiireiden helpottaessa katsella löytyisikö näihin ideoihini jotain sovellettavia ideoita videoina, itse kun en valitettavasti tuota kameraa omista. Mutta asiaan eli ekaksi spellbindersin pipaparireunaisilla (suoratkin käyvät toki) toteutettu joulukuusi-koriste:

Today's project is the first one inspired by the gorgeous spellbinders dies. These are formed inside my own head, but I'm pretty sure that you can google and find some similar ones with better instructions in english if mine are too difficult to understand. But here's the first Spellbinders ornament and it's a Christmas Tree ornament for the Christmas Tree *LOL*




Seuraavasta kuvasta käy hiukan ilmi miten olen tämän tehnyt. Eli leikkasin spellbindersin stansseilla 3 erikokoista ympyrää ja taitoin ne kahdesti puolesta välistä, avasin taitokset ja taittelin sitten tuollaiseen kuvassa näkyvään muotoon jokaisen osan. Sitten pujotin ripustuslangan aina läpi keskeltä ja samalla liimasin kerrokset hieman lomittain toisiinsa kiinni. Lopuksi viimeistelin pienellä akryylisellä tähtihelmellä.




And here's a picture what I started with. I cut 3 different size circles with Spellbinders dies, folded them twice in half and formed pieces just like in the picture. Then I glued them together starting the biggest one at the bottom. I also glued a string inside them to hang it for the tree but you can also make them as table decorations without the string. Finally I added an acrylic star-shaped bead on the top and tiet the string ends together to form a loop for hanging.
